I led the design and implementation of the Price Changes tool in Me@Walmart app, an enterprise platform consolidating over 200 work tools for over 1 million associates across 5,000 U.S. stores., enabling associates to update prices and print new labels efficiently, ensuring Walmart’s prices remain competitive.

 

This app has leading to widespread adoption across all U.S. Walmart stores and later in over 350 Canadian stores, resulting in $100 million in savings. The Me@Walmart app was honored with the 2022 Fast Company Best Workplace App award, underscoring its innovation and impact on operational efficiency.
